I PHONED VIRGIN AGAIN THIS MORNING TO FIND OUT WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY AIRTIME THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LOADED ON THE 1ST OF MAY 2013 AND THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS THAT MY AIRTIME WAS LOADED ON THE 1ST AND THAT THE BALANCE OF THAT ON MY PHONE WAS 91.15! HELLO I HAD TO LOAD AIRTIME ON MY PHONE AND ITS THE BALANCE OF MY RECHARGE NOT MY FREAKING MONTHLY R199.00 CATCH A WAKE UP!! NO AIRTIME WAS RECEIVE AS PER MY CONTRACT!!! AND IM NOT LYING AS THAT WAS WHAT THEY WERE IMPLYING!!! IT WAS TRANSFERRED FROM MY OTHER NUMBER ON THE *100# NUMBER SO PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CALL CENTRE PEOPLE CAUSE HE KEPT TELLING ME YOU CANT TRANSFER MONEY!! HELLO I DID THAT ON THE 1ST OF MAY!! SO PLEASE BE SO KIND AS TO LOAD MY AIRTIME!!! AND I'M STILL AWAITING MY CASH REFUND FOR EXTRA MONIES DEDUCTED. SHOULD ALSO PAY FOR MY BANK CHARGES FOR MY OTHER DEBIT ORDERS THAT DIDNT GO THROUGH!!
