I am very angry with mtn. I had a medical emergency today but couldnt call my family because i just heard"you have insufficient airtime to make a call" at the time i had R10 airtime. Even after 8pm i couldnt use the airtime. I have contacted mtn before to check if there is maybe an error with my pricing plan. The call centre isnt helpful. I expect a prompt and informative response and i expect to make calls and surf the net when i have loaded airtime.
