My issues with Vodacom are as follows :
1. The highly unprofessional and rude manner in which Vikile at Hatfield in Pretoria spoke to me on Saturday the 4th of May 2013. When asked for his surname he replied and said "I don't have a surname".
2. The staff hiding in the back-office and cracking jokes with one another while I desperately needed assistance and was queuing at the front.
3. All the branches in the greater Pretoria area not being able to assist me with a simply request.
4. Hatfield branch not answering their telephones and wasting my time and petrol.
I might only be one, singular client but I maintain a contract with a service provider and at this stage I seriously consider changing it.
So if Vodacom are interested in my full story, I would suggest they get in contact with me as soon as possible.
