Surname STILL not changed

After many certified marriage certificates and emails to change my surname, Vodacom is STILL calling me by the wrong surname. I changed my surname four years ago when I upgraded, but they still cant seem to get rid of my old information. When I upgraded two years ago, I changed it to my maiden name, and STILL the statements came in the wrong Surname. I got married a year ago and in Feb, this year, when I upgraded and I wanted to change my surname, the man from vodacom, who did my upgrade told me that even if I try and change it, they still will get it wrong, so I will be wasting my time. That is just ridiculous!! I asked that my statements should be sent to me via email or sms, they got that right, because its all about the money! I receive my account via sms now, but they STILL call me by my previous surname!!! I get calls from Vodacom up to 3 times a day calling me the wrong surname! I refuse to speak to anyone who I pay for their service, who can't do their admin properly!! I would like to resolve this issue ASAP!
