PLEASE HELP ME GET A HOLD OF VODACOM DIRECT!!!

Vodacom Direct is not only the most unprofessional service in South Africa but they are also so good at hiding away from their responsibilities. Not only do they sell you "deals" and do not deliver the goods promised but they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of to complain and get the goods that you are paying for each month but do not even have!!! As for as I am concerned there is NO contract and would like to have somebody contact me, I have been to Vodacom Customer Care in Menlyn Mall TWICE already and even they have tried contacting Vodacom Direct and emailing them on my behalf asking for somebody to CALL ME because even Vodacom Customer Care agrees that there is NO contract as the promised goods haven't been delivered. The consultant even said regardless that it has been more than 14 days they CANNOT put us through to Cancellations as I am not pre-maturely cancelling the contract due to not wanting the contract, I want to cancel the contract because it is NULL IN VOID so I cannot be charged a cancellation fee! Even the consultants at Customer Care understand!! Can somebody from this pathetic service CONTACT me before I go to Vodacom Customer Care in Menlyn for a THIRD time!
