NO FEED AND BAD RESPONSE FROM VODACOM

I WENT TO VODACOM TO HAVE A SOFTWARE UPDATE DONE ON MY PHONE ON SATURDAY 26 OCTOBER 2013. THE STAFF MEMBER ASSISTING ME AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS IN THE QUE ASKED ME MORE THAN ONCE WHAT I NEEDED DONE. COULDNT BELIEVE THAT HE DIDNT LISTEN TO MY REQUEST THE FIRST TIME. I BOOKED IN THE PHONE. HE NEVER CHECKED THAT THEY WERE ON LINE AND ABLE TO ASSIST ME TO DO THE UPDATE. WHEN I CAME BACK TO COLLECT THE PHONE AFTER WAITING AGAIN HE JUST SAID SORRY WE ARE OFFLINE. HE ASKED ME TO COME BACK DURING THE WEEK. I AM AT WORK DURING THE WEEK AND CANT JUST TAKE TIME OFF AS I PLEASE. I TRAVELLED 70KM TO HAVE THIS DONE AND DON'T APPRECIATE SERVICE LIKE THAT AS I HAVE 3 CONTRACTS WITH VODACOM. WITH ALL MY TIME BEING TAKEN UP I MISSED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT ON SATURDAY. I NEVER COMPLAIN BUT FEEL AS A PAYING CUSTOMER VODACOM MUST HAVE MORE THAN 2 SERVICE POINTS AVAILABLE FOR CLIENTS TO DO SOFTWARE UPDATES. I TOLD THE MANAGER OF THE SHOP THAT I WANT TO KNOW HOW VODACOM IS GOING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY TIME AND PETROL AS I REALLY FEEL ROBBED OF MY TIME AND PETROL DUE TO VODACOMS LACK OF COMMUNICATION. TILL TODAY I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK FROM THE MANAGER AND HAD TO PHONE HIM AGAIN TODAY.
