A month ago I laid a complaint - as I have been incorrectly billed by Vodacom for the last 15 months I have a signed contract as my proof. Shameer from Vodacom attempted to contact me and i was unavailable he also sent an e mail to which i replied that he could contact me after 3pm - this did not happen, no proper contact details were left for me to contact him back - so i could not. Hi last message advised that I should e mail Customer care. I have attempted all these processes and no one at Vodacom is willing to assist. All i require now is that I be given the Ombusdsmans detail who can assist in solving the query, Vodacom continue to overbill me, regardless of a signed agreement and therefore I need this to be addressed in a proper legal manner. I am no longer interested in Vodacoms juggle around of clients as none of the employees are willing to assist. Furthermore based on this error I would like to cancel both my Vodacom accounts so that i may use a new provider that will not handle their clients in the same manner. Thanks
