Please stay away from Vodacom if you stay in the Pretoria North area. I have relocated to Pretoria north Have 3 data and 3 phone contracts with Vodacom being the supplier. On the 4/2/2013 I log a complaint regarding poor reception. I get for or fair data if I am lucky. Spoke to a very nice lady and she assured me that they will help me. What a joke. The 7/2/2013 I get an sms my problem is solved WOW I would like to know how as nobody came to see me or speak to me, and my problem is still the same. I have today log another complaint asking if I can cancelled all my contracts and go to a supplier who is able to assist me as Vodacom obviously is not interested. I stay in a mini complex and have even asked the top people how is their reception they say poor. So if there is about 8 to 10 using Vodacom should Vodacom not assist us to get better signal as this is only in one address.
