I've had a 24 month PHONELESS contract with Vodacom (VC), which is at a discounted subscription.
After 24 month contract, VC started charging me the full contract fee eventhough it is still a phoneless contract and they have not supplied any device. I called VC to ask for refund for the (5) months that they've been overcharging me. Their response is that in "good will" they will pay me 3 of the 5 months owing to me, if I take an upgrade with them. I need VC to explain why they will only pay 3 of 5 months owing to me and not the full amount they've taken from me. Also, why they consider it good will when I've been a customer for more than 8 years! VC are blatantly customers money and hiding behind "terms and conditions". I've spoken to 3 consultants, the second last said they would refund the full 5 months, the last is negotiating???
