I have still not had any joy regarding S3 that went in for repairs 3 weeks ago! I have spent hours on the phone to MTN trying to find out where my phone is and when I will recieve it. The latest is that it was dispatched on Monday and will be at Riverside branch tomorrow, but i will have to phone and find out if it has actually made it back- they will not let me know Everytime I speak to anyone from MTN I get told that they have pushed it up to priority and that the matter has been escalated, yet I get no feedback whatsoever!!!
I cannot wait to end this contract and go back to good old VODACOM!
