I am terribly DISGUSTED with Vodacom's pathetic repairs services,
I have booked in my phone early in January, my phone is still not back and now they are telling me my phone is out of warranty which is not, I have booked in my phone in good condition and when I contacted the repairs centre now they told me they will put my phone together again and send it back to me. That phone was in perfect condition when it left, the only problem I had with my phone was the slider, why did they take my phone apart??? I have booked it in at Vodacom Hout Bay on the 06th January 2014, that store has send the phone to Greenpoint Vodacom as I have booked in my phone with them last.no one from the repair centre contacted me at all to give me feedback, I had to phone to find out the status of this repair. I need feedback ASAP on my phone and I want my phone back no later than tomorrow and Thursday morning delivered to my house as you have inconvenienced me for the entire month, I really don't care how you get the phone here!!! I am honestly disgusted with Vodacom... In future I won't recommend any of my family and friends to deal with Vodacom!!!
