My vehicle went in for repairs at Riverside Auto Body. When trying to follow up on the progress of my car or when my car will be ready, I can never get through to anybody that can assist. You are kept on the line for ages or the phone just rings. I had to phone 5 times on Monday, 11 March, before I could speak to someone that could give me any feedback. Yesterday (12 March) I had the same problem again and was eventually told that someone will phone me today. I have not had any feedback as promised. This is extremely frustrating. I will not use Riverside Auto Body again.
