I have 3 contracts with 8ta and was getting a good service, until my phone was blocked due to outstanding fees as to accordance with 8ta.
I explained to the shift supervisor by the name of Thabo that I was told on two occasions by their consultant that my account is R300 a month if I pay that monthly then I will be secure Thabo then started asking me about my billing info and I explained to him that if he can go and listen to the recordings 8ta is doing he can actually find what I'm trying to explain to him. Feedback was given that the matter would be handed over to their accounts department and feedback will be given from 2 to 24 hours. I even asked if I should phone back on the Monday 24/06/13 to ensure if I'm correct on the date and that is in fact 24 working hours and I was told that it is correct. On Monday when I phoned I was told that it should in fact be 2 to 72 hours then Thabo will phone me back with feedback. Today is Thursday 27/06/2013 and still no feedback was given every time when I phone 8ta to find out I`m being told that Thabo is either in training or in a meeting. The one consultant told me that the status of my complaint still shows unattended.
