Cell phone stopped working

Good day to whom it may consent.

I would like to log a complaint regarding Vodacom I upgraded the contract that was in february taking blackberry phone 9900 on cell phone nr 0713531952.

I had a problem with the phone in july as it turned off and did not wanna turn on again I took the phone back to vodacom and was told they taking it for repairs, a week later I called and I was told to make a deposit of R570.00

I paid the money 20th of july and after 2 weeks I had to follow up with them asking where the phone is at then was told to collect the phone at the branch did that, when I got home as they said I must charge for some hours the phone still gave me the same errors I called back vodacom and they gave me numbers for repairs, when I cld repairs in fourways branch they told me the phone is beyond repairs and refunded me back the R570.00 went to the branch and advice the manager simphiwe in ghandie square that they now saying the phone is beyond repairs sd he will try his best to sort the matter out.

I could not claim as I did not Insure the phone but I was told the phone has a warranty for 2 years only took the phone in february within 4 months the phone was
