I am lost

I applied for a new line which was approved and but never took the delivery as I was not told they were bringing it and didnt have the docs with me, a few days later I called to make new arrangements, it never happened, Yesterday I went to the Clearwater mall shop and was told the order is still there and I can just call and arrange for delivery, This morning I am now told NO. YOU NEED TO COMPLETE A NEW APPLICATION
