Wrong Upgrade

On February 2013 Vodacom informed me that my contract was due for a upgrade (TopUp 135) I went to Vodacom store Jeffrey's Bay to do the upgrade and at that time they had advertised a Sony Xperia Go at TopUp 135 but did not have stock i signed a contract to do the upgrade then the 15th of April they sent us a sms that the service was going to migrate to Smart light which we never requested so we went back to the Vodacom store and they told us to ignore the sms because it was sent to the wrong person now on the 30th of April i lost my airtime and data and was migrated to Smart light.
We sent an email to Vodacom customer care went to front office spoke to them personally and phoned Vodacom customer care 111 3x each time being told a different story atrociousness service!! falling in line with a corrupt South Africa. I look after a old lady with diabetes and Alzheimer's and rely on the phone if something goes wrong. I will also contact consumer protection if not sorted out within 24 hours.
