DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF

I have a contract registered under my brothers name and initially I upgraded online and was sent a phone I didn't want so I sent it back. It took Vodacom a whole month to reverse the upgrade. My brother tried upgrading to a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini on a Smart Light plan but was told that the Smart Light plan was no longer available, although it's all over their ads. So he tried getting upgraded again over the phone and once again I was sent the wrong phone.
Now we called Vodacom to come and collect the phone so that the upgrade can be reversed yet again but have been waiting since 31 May 2013 and still they haven't come to collect the phone.

All I would like is for this mess to be sorted out and for me to be able to get the phone I want cause If I'm going to be tied down for 2 years I wont settle for a phone I don't want.
