Upgrade Nightmare

I recently tried to upgrade to a iPhone 5S/32G - R1599 contract. Apart from this I pay for another Top up contract for R350, Data of R600 per month for my iPad and around R800 data per month for my Mac. Most months I also pay for extra airtime, All-in-all I am not a bad customer. I tried to upgrade the R350 contract to R530, add another R530 contract, To date this can not be done - I have given up on this and moved to MTN for these two.

My upgrade... first the wrong phone arrived without a SIM card (advertised as free SIM and delivery), Today they changed the phone, this time the correct phone but still no SIM. The kind lady at Vodacom told me that although they promise a free SIM, it will just take too much time and effort, that I should rather go into a Vodacom shop and just pay for a SIM. WHy advertise free SIM with upgrade if you can not deliver. Please, I beg you... just cancel the upgrade. I tried to do this telephonically but after the 15th call and the 23rd person I spoke to I gave up (all today)

Luckily for Vodacom the Accounts department at least work. I received the Acc for all the upgrades, but still no phone.

Please just cancel this upgrade!!!
