Faulty Samsung Microwaves bought at Dion Wired

We bought 3 Samsung 55L Convec Microwaves at Dion Wired (Kolonnade) on 18 Nov '12. All 3 of them gave problems & we brought 2 of them back in the first week & recieved new ones. The 3rd we brought back 3 Jan '13 because it was making loud noises. It was a wedding gift & the couple opened it after their honeymoon, they live 150km from Dion Wired therefore the late return. DW sent the microwave in for repairs to Samsung & said it would take 10 working days to get repaired & they will call us ASAP. After a MONTH I called them and asked it it was repaired to which the lady said yes they just need to fetch it from Samsung she will call me in the next few days. After yet another 3 wks without any phone calls I went in personally to see if the microwave was there. It was & they haven't even bothered to call me to come fetch it! After we opened the microwave it was severely damaged (full of dents) & not even repaired, we needed to drive 150km for a second time to bring it back & demand a new one which they are getting from Nelspruit. Why was the service so bad re the phone calls & why did they not check the microwave to see that it came back in the same condition (brand new) that it went??
