Edgars' disappointing online shopping service

I am so tired of Edgars' poor online shopping service. On 3 Januarie 2013 I placed an order of THREE items on their website. For nearly FOUR weeks now they are 'sourcing' that order. I have mailed them twice... only once receiving a reply informing me that they are still 'sourcing' one of those items. Really... why do you have these items available to buy online if you don't have stock and can't find stock either in nearly four weeks! I never even got a reply on my second email dated 24 January 2013. This is my third attempt at shopping online from them and my third disappointment. Amazing how another large chain store was able to deliver EIGHT items within TWO days and you people can't manage three items in FOUR WEEKS??!!! Not to mention their delivery was free and with Edgars I pay for delivery that takes this long??!! This is ridiculous! My ref number is 1601130142/GO.
