I bought a LG Lightwave convection oven from Dion Wired nearly 2 years ago, and it was still under guarantee when the display stopped working. Dion Wired sent it to LG for repairs, waiting period was 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I enquired if it was fixed. Dion Wired tried to get an answer from LG, no luck whatsoever. I heard that LG switched repair agents, but this is pathetic to say the least. Dion Wired should stop selling LG products purely because of this.
To this day I have absolutely no idea what happened to the oven, if it ever got repaired or not. Thankfully Dion Wired replaced the oven with another, even though it's their policy not to. It seems LG has no pride in providing products that lasts longer than the guarantee period, or their after service. I now have a Samsung oven and it works perfectly.
