We bought a De Longhi coffee machine on 01/09/2013 at Dion Wired Tygervalley and it broke after only 5 weeks. We took it to Dion wired Tygervalley for repairs where we were promised it will take up to 8 working days. After 10 working days I had to phone about 5 times a day to get any response were the staff always promised to get back to me but never did. After numerous phone calls, we eventually got a response on Friday 25 october 2013 where we promised that the supplier fixed the machine and Dion Wired's driver will collect it on Tuesday. I phone them on Tuesday to check on my machine for collection and was promised once again that they will get back to me. I went to Dion wired today (Wednesday) to collect my machine and was told by the floor manager that my coffee machine was still at the suppliers. It has been 20 days and 13 working days and I still don't have my coffee machine. I wonder why Dion Wired has policy's if they have absolutely no regard for them.
