Outstanding after-sales service

On 3 January 2013 we bought a fridge from Makro in Vereeniging and were helped by Fiston. When we arrived home in Potchefstroom, we discovered a huge dent in the bottom of the fridge. I immediately phoned Makro, but they were busy closing and I was promised that someone will call me back the next morning. And surely, early the next morning Fiston called me and was so helpful. He arranged for a replacement which was delivered three days later and called to make sure that everything was fine. Well done!
