I bought a samsung smart tv from dion wired blue route. after two months i can still not get dion wired or samsung to supply me with a wireless keyboard for my DUMB TV. WHAT GOOD IS THE SMART TV WITHOUT THE KEYBOARD. SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT APPLE TV INSTEAD.MYBE SAMSUNG IS TOO BUSY TRYING TO OUTSMART APPLE THAT THEY FORGET ABOUT THE PEOPLE BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS.
YOU SAMSUNG HAVE TO LISTEN AND SERVICE THE CUSTOMER OTHERWISE WE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY TECHNOLOGY COMPANY.
