We bought 3 Samsung 55L Convec Microwaves on 18 Nov '12 at Dion Wired (Kolonnade). We experienced problems with all 3 of them and returned 2 of them in the first week and recieved new ones which is also currently giving problems. The third one we returned on 3 Jan '13 re a loud noise it was making. It was a wedding gift and they opened it after the honeymoon, they live 150km from Dion (Kolonnade) therefore the late return still brand new. Dion sent it to Samsung for "repairs" which would only take "10 working days". After a MONTH I called them and asked if the microwave was repaired to which they answered yes, the delivery guy needs to go fetch it and they would call if they have it. After yet another 3 weeks I went in personally because I haven't recieved any phone calls. They had indeed recieved it and the people took it home to Middelburg. When they opened the microwave it was severely damaged during repairs and we brought it back (150km) for a second time and demanded a new Microwave that they need to get now from Nelspruit. How can a big company like Samsung produce so many faulty microwaves and expect you to take a damaged one which was'nt even repaired?? Worst purchase EVER!
