I purchased a modem from Dion Wired and after a few months it became faulty. I then took it back as it was under warranty. Bheki assisted me and immediately asked me if I wanted it replaced or be refunded. I asked to see similar products, Bheki showed me an even better model than my own that was on discount, I even got R500.00 back in cash! I have purchased several items at this Dion Wired including, Samsung TV's, routers, Samsung laptops etc. and the service is always brilliant. Thank you for caring about your customers.
