Shocking Service

On the 27th Dec 2012 purchased 2 products from Dion wired gateway. 40' Samsung TV and a 197L Samsung Bar fridge. Once opening the bar fridge 28th Dec. I noticed that the door of the fridge was damaged reported the damage to Dion wired gateway same day i opened up the package. after speaking to a consultant he assured me that replacement would be sent in the next couple of days. as the days went by had no feed back and no replacement had been delivered to me. through out January i had contacted Dion wired gateway requesting when replacement fridge would be delivered always promising me that fridge would arrive the following week.

This continued in Feb as well until i made the 70km trip to Dion wired in gateway.

I walked into the store and complained to a floor manager and he assured by the following week a replacement would be delivered. i have left messages with the store manager and haven't received any feedback from him and has not made any contact with me to get the issue sorted out! after making - 25 calls over the past 2 months i am absolute fed up and disgusted by the Dion wired service in gateway! and have wasted my time and money!

Still without replacment!!!
