So i bought my wife a guess chain and bracelet set ( /- R1200) at Galaxy & Co, we've been buying at for years. Now after a year of wearing it, the chain started to chip off. Galaxy & Co does not want to take ownership for this, and blame it on the fact that they told us that the chain is plated. (which obviously didnt happen) Who will buy a plated chain and bracelet set for such an outrageous amount. Guess is saying that it is my wifes perfume that caused this (which sound far fetched unless she uses acid) so clearly theres no quality check procedure prior to buying on their products.
So for those who reads this, take some sound advice from this. Galaxy & Co will sell anything to you, of inferior quality as long as they make a sale!!
