Quality problem

I purchased a petrol chain saw from makro then as I was using it happens that every time I am cutting a tree it blinds the chain with a very shot period, then after few months I have returned the chain saw to makro and I told them I am not happy with a quality. but now its almost 3 months they still forcing me to take the chain saw, please advise
