Bad service from galxy and co

On the 7th of January I bought my fiance a gift from Galaxy & Co in Maponya mall.
On the 10th of January she went to the South gate branch to refund the chain I bought her. They told her they dont have funds to refund her. On the same day, she went to the Maponya branch, to my surprise she was told the same story. She was told she would be refunded on Monday. Today it's Monday & still no refund. She then left the chain at the store in the morning then they said they would call me. No one called until I call the store my self. The mamanager was rude instead if being helpful. I got the similar response from the West gate branch when I wanted to exchange the engagement ring I bought for my fiance. I guess this is how this company treas their customers. There is no where it says " no credit will be granted if the store doesn't have funds to grant credit." Such things should be there on their terms and conditions so that we are aware before we consider buying. Galaxy & Co has just lost a customer I would never, ever shop at Galaxy & Co for their customer service is poor beyond the uttering of the word.
