I attended a full day spa with my friend on Friday 29 March, we had a fantastic experience but during one of the treatments I was asked to remove my chain which I did and unfortunately left this chain in the gown that I was wearing, I have called the spa on numerous occasions and asked for the chain to be found. The gown was placed in the basket in the change room and must either still be in the gown or with someone in the cleaning room. I absolutely can't accept that the chain has just disappeared and I need someone at the spa to take some responsibility and look to the chain. Please can anyone help?
