I got a bracelet as a gift last december, the one that u can buy charms for.. Almost all of the silver is off the bracelet and because off this I cannot wear it.. I took it to a Guess store and they said they will come back to me with a solution but im still waiting for a response, I cannot exchange the bracelet as i dont have a slip!!! I didnt wear it often and didnt bath with it either, i cannot undrstand that this jewelery is so expensive and such poor quality, I will never buy Guess jewelery at all its not worth it!!
