I ordered 2 half cases of wine from this website. I found the first bottle of wine very acidic and requested to return the other 11 bottles of wine back to 5 Ounces for a credit. 5 Ounces replied that according to their return policy, taste alone cannot be the sole basis for a return. I replied back to 5 Ounces explaining that according to the CPA they are obliged take the wine back. Since that e-mail, 5 Ounces has not replied or provided me with any feedback.
