I am seriously disappointed at the quality of American Swiss jewelry!!! I am seriosuly so disgusted this is my second complaint. With my first complaint me and my hubby's wedding rings were gold plated which was not to our knowledge as the sales ladies never made mention of this. Fair enough our rings were then replaced by American Swiss after a complaint which i had logged here. We then bought our wedding anniversary chains there as gifts for one another. My chain broke last week and according to the sales lady my husband dealt with the chain " looks dainty however its very strong and of good quality"... YEAH RIGHT. Now over the weekend my husbands wedding ring breaks in half. This is now the cherry ontop. I want my broken chain and my hubby broken ring replaced. You should really check the quality of the goods coming into and leaving your stores. I would advise everyone i know to buy elsewhere.
