Yesterday morning as I was using my newly purchased Dove Deo Roll on, the top came off, spilling deodorant all over me, my clothes and the floor. I was not happy and emailed the consumer help desk to complain. Zama has come back to me today expressing dismay at the situation and my experience, and wanting more information on the batch so that they can ensure the rest of the batch is fine. I was also offered a complimentary voucher for my trouble. This is what customer service should be like.
