I bought a bracelet for my boyfriend and not so long after the bracelet completely fell apart. When i took it back they said all of them same back as the screws were too long. First of all they could have called all the customers who bought this specific item.
I received it back and not long after the links fell apart again. I then took it back for a second time and they repaired it, although they put the clasp on the wrong side of the bracelet.
A couple days after receiving it back, the diamond fell out!! this is just ridiculous! When i buy something i expect quality! its pathetic that i buy something and i have to return it so many times!!
I have now taken it back for the 3rd time and i expect to get it back fully fixed!! pathetic quality and this is the second bracelet i have bought for him from Galaxy & co that fell completely apart.. unfortunately the first one was not found!!
