I went into the Jet Mart Store to get a Dstv PVR decoder, First intreaction with the cashier, no smile or greeting as she was busy chatting to her workmate about a client that gave her attitude..Never mid the negative things she was saying about that customer infront of me and other clients, The as soo as i got assistance ..I gave the cashier a direct order that the payment i want to make will not be totally covered by my Edcon account so i asked her to bill the outstanding balance on my bank account. Came to my surprise the entire bill was done on my bank account and not my edcon account. I only realised this after several hours.i called the edcon number, went from pillar to post till a consultat instructed me to reverse the payment if i can. I called my bank and they assisted in reversing the payment as it was still outstanding authorisation. Then i went the retail to cancel the payment and redo the transaction. The manager told me what i did is, WHERE IS CONSISTANCE CLIENT SERVICE when 1 says this and the other says that? After an endless argument and ups and downs, Thanks to the manager that assisted as she went all out and hands on.
