Payment on Account at Jet
I Have had it with bad service and so called "suppliers" that think they do you a huge favour to help you, I have paid my account on the 1st and swiped my bank card for the transaction, the payment is through on my bank account but not at the store, so they did not give me a receipt for the payment, and Sarah (Branch Manager - from Highveld Mall) said she will sort it out, 12 days later and now she tells me this is our problem, but my bank said there is nothing that they can do it is edcon that has to bank the money, and now they are send me messages that I am behind on my payments, Sarah also said to us that they can't charge interest on the account, but now they will be charging me interest for late payment, but bare in mind that I paid on the 1st, i do not have money for another installment to be paid on the account, but the cheak to tell us that its not their problem I must sort it out after I send them my bank statements to show the amount is off, this is really terrible service from Jet, and I NEED answers where is my money??? Sarah must not be a manager if she can't control the store and things that happens in her store!!!!
