I have just had the most disgusting service at jet boulders. yesterday 04-11-2013 at 17:51:40 I went to pay my account at Jet boulders and the cashier was Veliswa Sobuza. I gave her R1 100 and she counted it twice and made the transaction gave me my receipt. I had items which I wanted to pay cash for upon my payment she realized she didn't have change in her till. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for her to get change for R5.00 as the items where R23.00.

This morning I decided to check my receipt as I was busy with my budget and realized that the amount paid on my account was R1.001.00. I called the branch and asked for a manager to explain what happened she asked me to come to the shop of which I did. when I got to the shop I asked for Maria the Manager and she came to attend me again I had to explain what happened. all she could say was well that cashier is not here leave your number and will call you back. I was very surprised as to why did she say I must come to the shop if I only had to leave my number. but luckily the cashier was early and was at the shop. as soon as the cashier came the manager just left without saying anything or apologizing the cashier attended me
