My edgars account was handed over and I was owing R1462.11 then on the 21/12/2013 I paid R1400 at the bank and I paid the remaining balance of R62.11 at LEGIT Park central JHB (MANCIPU LULAMA) was the cashier, on the 30/12/2013 I went to JET city centre POLOKWANE to check my balance, then JOSEPH told me that I have to pay R91.00 as my R62.11 didn't appear as payment on their system and he further said EDCON added interests after I have paid my account. Can someone please help me. I think this is a day light. Otherwise am referring this issue to my lawyer and I will sue EDCON. This is a very bad business practise. Your debt collectors are so incompetent as well, I call Shapiro and spent more than 30 minutes on the line listening to their useless music without any agent picking my call!!! Am very angry and disturbed by your service.
