Ordered online (it IS a 'web-florist') before 11:30 for same day delivery to a loved one who was in serious condition in hospital, living in London and having my family in S.A this seemed like an attractive option to get them some flowers to let them know they were loved. Flowers did NOT arrive same day, in fact they didn't arrive at all! No contact from company, no expatiation as to the non-delivery, no emails responded to and phone is never answered. You'd think with this level of organisation they wouldn't manage to take payments, but no, that's the one part of their 'business' that works as it should. So I'm out about R400, but more importantly my loved one never received anything to let them know I was thinking of them while they were in hospital. Avoid at all costs! I will be going elsewhere in the future and suggest you all do the same!
