I am account holder with Edgars store, my acount was handed over to third party for collection. The account was so much in arrears but it was settled on the 08.04.2013 till today the third party has fail to allocate the payment done to my account. The reason is that the account that i have paid onto is hold by Edcon. I have made a follow up with third party who once requested prove of payment which i send and it was confirm that it was receive. Today i have been send from pillar to pillar as Edcon has not yet allocate the payment, The is a person who is responsible for payment allocation according to Edcon call centre consultant i was given a number to call on but the is no answer, i went to the nearest branch i was not assisted as this person responsible for the account`s is not answering the phone, i mean how posible is that such big retail store can have one person responsible for this matter. I was give two contact number both ring un-answered. I have decided to do this follow up today as i have requested my credit report an saw that Edgars is still showing on my record with an open account. No one is available to assist me not the branch could assist, my ITC record is getting negative re
