Cashier Allocates Incorrect Payment - NO REFUND

I went to P&P to pay my DSTV account. I gave the cashier my previous paid slip in order for her to see my account number (The method used by many DSTV customers)

The cashier then asked me" How much are you gonna pay" to which I replied R625.00 and then I swiped my debit card and made the payment successfully.

A few days later my DTSV gets cut and I do an enquiry as to why my service was suspended and DSTV informs me that it's due to non-payment to which I reply that I have payment.

Then DSTV does an investigation and notices that my money was paid into the wrong account. So clearly the cashier paid my money into the wrong account.

Up until today P&P can see the money but according them it's laying in a dormant account.

I want my money back because now DSTV billed me for R1165.84.

Please contact me to rectify because you guys have my money and DSTV needs it.
