On Saturday, 19 January 2 013, I attempted to make payment of R1900 to Jet Mart Southgate.
I was told that Edcon had placed a hold on my card & therefore the cashier was unable to process the payment & credit for goods to be returned.
The manager then advised me that unless I pay the full amount of R4000 (which includes the instalment due by 2 February 2013, he cannot take the account off hold, effectively refusing my payment of R1900, to cover my arrears.
I mailed this story to Edcon on 20 January and find it utterly unacceptable that up to date, I have had no response to my mail.
