Payment not reflecting

On the 24 Jan 2013 I went to Edgars Maponya mall to pay off my account, I was assisted by Jabu which told me that the balance on my account was 2850 which I paid in full, on the 7 feb 2013 I went to spect saver to buy a pair of sunglasses but to my embarrassment I was told that I do not have funds, I then called Edcon and I was told to GO to Maponya mall which I did, provided them with proof of payment and they are investigating the matter still.
On the 11 Feb the 1st edcon collector consultant called me and I explained the situation, he then make a note on the system, but still on the 21 Feb Edcon took my name to Transunion credit Bureau as a slow payer yet it is their fault that this money is not reflecting. Further more I am told that I now owe 4800 so not only does their system not work but their consultants are incompetent because they gave me the wrong balance. Worse part this account is accumulating errors daily who must pay them me?

I am not happy with the service I received and I want this matter sorted out immediately and my name taken out of credit bureau.
Dissapointed.
