Dial-A-Bed delivered a single bed to my home in December. On assembling the bed the delivery guy noticed that one of the pedestals did not fit properly. He duly noted this on my delivery note and promised a replacement within days. To date (3 weeks) I have made at least 9 phone calls to the store manager and the warehouse. Many promises made to replace the bed base but zero follow up or calls returned. Dial-A-Bed, you were quick to take my payment... But your service stinks. Replace this bed!
