My wife ordered a bed from dial-a-bed on the 29th of April 2013 (order No.12848 - Michelle). They promised us within 14 days our bed will be delivered. 3 weeks go by and no feedback or delivery. My wife phoned them and they promised delivery early in the following week. 2 more weeks go past no delivery no feedback. I gave them a call on the 30th of May 2013. I was told my concern will be dealt with immediately and I will receive a call by the end of the day. It is now the 6th of June 2013 no delivery, no call and no feedback. Dial-a-bed states "Delivery of your online purchase costs just R200 to anywhere within South Africa. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your online purchase. While Dial-a-Bed carries a wide range of beds and strives to arrange delivery within 3 - 5 working days, certain products may need to be custom made especially for you and can take up to 21 days to be delivered." I am now on 39 days no delivery no feedback and my bed is not custom made. This is very poor service. A person pays so much money only to be disappointed!!
