I bought a bed set, mattress and base last year at Willow Bridge. It has been changed 5 times already because of the mattress or base being faulty. I cannot begin to understand how a company can give such poor service, exchanging it 5 times already and still not right! Really!! All my time and money wasted on calling and going to the store and arranging to be at home for delivery every time, By now I think Dial-a-bed need to replace it with any bed of my choice irrelevant of the price!! Frustrated beyond believe!!!
