I ordered base and matrass on 7 Jan 2013. Website states they call you within 48 hours. Never happened. Delivery free after 3-5 days. Never happened. On calling DaB HQ, Wendy took nearly a day to return my 4 messages left. Promised delivery of goods THIS week. Needless to say, it is Friday and NO DELIVERY so far. On calling her, she claims Durban DC has moved premises and oh yes, my particular bed and base is not available!! But delivery will be "sometime" next week. And that should be comforting to a customer!!! MY goodness, what happened to promptness and after-purchase-care??? Nobody ever want to take responsibility for anything anymore. As Wendy claims, she thinks she did not do nothing untoward!
How absolutely pathetic. Dial a Bed is again one of the companies whose employees know nothing about customer service and how to keep to promises made on their website while luring customers to shop online.
