Non delivery of bed

We ordered a bed online at dial a bed on the 9 July 2013. We received a sms to notify us the bed would be delivered on the morning of the 22 July. Needless to say the bed was not delivered and no person notified us that the bed would not be delivered. After numerous phone calls we still dont no when the bed will be delivered.
The delivery compony blames the warehouse (Ellerines) and they blame dial a bed, but that brings me no closer on receiving something that has been paid for a long time ago. Please assist!!!
